A few things to note first. Clairity is designed for women who:
Are eligible for routine screening mammography
Are not currently undergoing active treatment for breast cancer
Do not have a high-penetrance hereditary breast cancer mutation, such as BRCA1 or BRCA2
We cannot guarantee a facility will produce a compatible image. Final compatibility is confirmed after purchase — if your mammogram can't be used, you will receive a full refund.
Type of mammogram
Clairity Breast works with a standard digital screening mammogram from a Hologic Selenia or Selenia Dimensions machine, specifically the directly-acquired 2D image (not a synthetic 2D). This is a common mammogram type.
Routine within the last 12 months
Use a screening mammogram, the kind you get on a regular schedule, taken in the last year. A diagnostic mammogram, ordered to look into a specific concern, is not eligible for Clairity Breast.
Check if your mammogram qualifies
Look at your mammogram report for the words Hologic, Selenia, or Dimensions. If you see them, your mammogram is likely a match.

Clairity produces a risk estimate. It does not diagnose or detect breast cancer.
Clairity's AI analyzes mammographic patterns to estimate risk.¹ Your result does not change how your mammogram is read or interpreted by your radiologist.
Clairity requires a 2D full-field digital screening mammogram taken on a Hologic Selenia or Selenia Dimensions system within the past 12 months, with no active breast cancer diagnosis. 3D and synthetic-2D images do not qualify. If you do not have a qualifying mammogram, you will be directed to obtain one before your order can proceed.
Everlywell cannot guarantee a facility will produce a compatible image. A compatible mammogram is confirmed after purchase, based on your mammogram image. If your mammogram is not compatible or cannot be scored, you will receive a full refund.
*A low or average result does not mean you have no risk of breast cancer. Risk estimates may be higher or lower than your actual risk. Scores above 5% should be interpreted with caution. Scores above 10% may overestimate risk.
For the subpopulations of patients who had breast implants, were Asian, were less than 50 years of age, or were greater than 65 years of age, equivalence of CLAIRITY BREAST predicted risk with observed risk with respect to pre-specified, accepted lower and upper miscalibration bounds was not established with statistical significance.
